Responsibilities

1. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. 2. Teach learners according to the school curriculum. 4. Help children develop their reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills. 5. Use fun and practical activities to make learning interesting. 6. Assess learners’ progress and keep records of their performance. 7. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure learners’ safety. 8. Support learners’ academic, social, emotional, and moral development. 9. Communicate with parents about learners’ progress and behaviour. 10. Keep the classroom clean, organised, and welcoming. 11. Attend staff meetings and participate in school activities.
