1. You must develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. You must create and lead engaging, play-based activities that introduce foundational skills such as recognizing colors, shapes, letters, and numbers, while supporting cognitive, language, motor, and early literacy/numeracy development through storytelling, games, art, music, and exploration. 2. You must foster social-emotional and behavioral development. You must guide children in building positive relationships, sharing, taking turns, managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and following rules through modeling, gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and structured group interactions that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. 3. You must ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment. You must maintain active supervision at all times, establish consistent daily routines (including rest, physical activity, hygiene, and transitions) and enforce health and safety.
