Responsibilities
*1. Drinks Preparation & Mixology* - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and juices according to standard recipes. - Create new cocktail recipes, show mixology skills and flair to attract customers. - Ensure taste, quality and presentation of all drinks is excellent. *2. Bar Operations & Customer Service* - Welcome guests, take orders, recommend drinks and upsell to increase sales. - Maintain cleanliness of bar, bottles, glasses, and bar tools at all times. - Handle customer complaints politely and ensure excellent customer experience. *3. Stock, Cash & Safety Management* - Manage bar stock, inventory, requisitions and prevent wastage / theft. - Handle cash, POS, bills and daily sales records accurately. - Follow all health, safety and hygiene rules and ensure legal drinking age compliance. *1. Education & Training:* - SHS / Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or related field. Professional Bartending / Mixology training certificate is an added advantage. - -

• Lo Jay Hotel and Restaurants is seeking experienced Bartenders and Mixologists for immediate hire. • Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, creating new cocktails, and ensuring excellent presentation and taste. • Candidates must provide exceptional customer service, maintain bar cleanliness, and manage stock and cash accurately. • Requires 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, bar, or restaurant setting with strong mixology skills. • Must possess excellent customer service, honesty, neatness, and the ability to work under pressure, including night shifts and weekends. • Educational background in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Hotel Management is preferred; professional bartending certification is an advantage. • Full-time position with a salary range of GH₵ 1,000 - 1,500. • Located in Tema Metropolitan.
