Responsibilities
* Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes. * Assist with mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging cakes, pastries, and other baked products. * Prepare baking tools, equipment, and workstations before production. * Assist with cake decorating and finishing products neatly and creatively. * Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area and equipment. * Store ingredients and finished products properly. * Check products for quality, freshness, appearance, and presentation. * Assist with stock-taking and inform the supervisor when ingredients or supplies are running low. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures. * Work effectively with other team members to complete daily orders on time. * Perform other baking-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Sugar Cravings Bakery is seeking a dedicated Female Baking Assistant to support daily baking operations. • Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, cake decorating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. • The role requires basic baking and cake decorating skills, with a willingness to learn and improve. • Candidates must be female, aged 18-30, and reside in or around Fiapre, Berlin Top, or Sunyani. • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in baking is required. • SHS certificate or equivalent is the minimum qualification; a Certificate in Baking and Pastry or Catering is advantageous. • Salary range: GH₵ 400 - 600 per month.
