Responsibilities:
### Sales Attendant – Key Responsibilities * Attend to customers and provide excellent service. * Promote products and achieve **weekly sales targets**. * Process sales and payments accurately. * Maintain proper product display and stock levels. * Record daily sales and report customer feedback or issues. * Keep the sales area clean and organised. (1) _1. Sales & Revenue Generation_ Prospect, pitch, and close sales to meet monthly targets while maintaining strong client relationships. _2. Customer Engagement & Support_ Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure excellent after-sales service to drive repeat business. _3. Market Research & Reporting_ Track market trends, monitor competitors, identify new opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management. (1) *1. Financial Planning & Advisory:* Assess clients' financial goals, income and risk tolerance to create personalized financial plans covering savings, investments, retirement, tax and insurance. *2. Investment Management & Client Relations:* Recommend and manage suitable investment products, monitor portfolio performance, provide regular market updates, ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain long-term client relationships. (1) 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, prices, and services to customers. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. 4. Take and process customer orders and follow up on deliveries. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 6.
