Solid State Logic THE BUS+ 2-Channel Bus Compressor/Dynamic Equalizer

Solid State Logic THE BUS+ 2-Channel Bus Compressor/Dynamic Equalizer Highlights

• Legendary Bus Compression: The Bus+ builds on the iconic SSL G-Series Bus Compressor, renowned for its ability to glue mixes together and add punch. It offers familiar controls for threshold, ratio, attack, and release, alongside modern enhancements.
• Dynamic EQ Capabilities: Beyond compression, the Bus+ features a dynamic EQ section. This allows for frequency-dependent gain reduction, offering precise tonal shaping that reacts to the program material.
• Switchable Compression Modes: It provides multiple compression modes, including the classic SSL feed-forward and feed-back designs. This offers versatility in achieving different compression characteristics for various sources.
• Sidechain Filtering: The integrated sidechain filter allows you to control the compressor's sensitivity to low frequencies. This helps prevent 'pumping' artifacts and allows the compressor to focus on specific frequency ranges.
• Parallel Compression Options: The Bus+ includes dedicated controls for parallel compression, often referred to as 'New' and 'Old' modes. This enables blending compressed and uncompressed signals for enhanced density and impact.
• High-Quality Analog Circuitry: Built with SSL's signature analog design principles, the Bus+ delivers a transparent yet characterful sound. It utilizes high-quality components for professional audio processing.
