M-Audio DI20 Professional Active 2-Channel DI-Box/Splitter

M-Audio DI20 Professional Active 2-Channel DI-Box/Splitter Highlights

• Active DI for Signal Integrity: Active DI boxes use internal circuitry to buffer and amplify the signal. This helps maintain signal integrity, especially over longer cable runs, and can convert unbalanced instrument signals to balanced line-level signals.
• 2-Channel Operation: This unit features two independent channels, allowing you to connect and process two separate audio sources simultaneously. This is ideal for stereo applications or for splitting a single source to two destinations.
• Ground Lift Switch: A ground lift switch is included to help eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops. This is a common issue when connecting multiple audio devices together.
• Balanced Outputs: Equipped with balanced XLR outputs, this DI box provides a robust connection that is less susceptible to interference and noise compared to unbalanced connections.
• Phantom Power Operation: This active DI box typically requires phantom power (usually +48V) from a mixing console or audio interface to operate its internal circuitry.
