1. Customer Service & Front Office (The Face of the Hotel) This is the most important part. Every guest must feel welcome. - *Greeting and Check-in/Check-out:* Warmly welcome guests, confirm reservations, issue room keys, and handle fast check-in and check-out without delay. - *Handling Inquiries:* Answer questions about hotel facilities, Koforidua town, directions, taxi, food places, and tourist sites. - *Reservation Management:* Manage bookings from phone, walk-in, , and WhatsApp. Avoid overbooking. *In Summary:* The main responsibility of a hotel worker is to make every guest feel safe, clean, and respected, so they will come again and recommend the hotel to others. If you do cleanliness, honesty, punctuality, and good customer service, you will succeed in any hotel in Koforidua, Accra, or abroad.

*For Cleaner / Housekeeper / Laundry / Kitchen Assistant:* - JHS / SHS certificate - Able to read and write basic English - No experience needed *For Waiter / Waitress / Barman / Security / Room Attendant:* - SHS / WASSCE (Pass) - Basic English speaking - 6 months - 1 year experience preferred but not compulsory *For Receptionist / Front Desk / Cashier:* - SHS + Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Catering (e.g., from Koforidua Technical University, HOTCATT, etc.) - Basic computer (Word, Excel) - Good English + Twi *For Supervisor / Manager / Chef:* - HND / Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism - 2-5 years experience *So for you — if you have at least SHS, you qualify for 80% of hotel jobs.*
