Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and reply to DMs and WhatsApp messages politely and quickly - Help customers choose products and complete their orders - Host TikTok live broadcasts to showcase and sell Perfect Picture Cosmetics products - Work with the team to plan, film and post creative content (videos, reels, product demos) - Keep customer records and order details accurate - Follow daily instructions from the team lead
