I studied Environmental Resource Management at the University for Development Studies in the Upper West Region of Ghana. This background opened me up to the German Development Corporation (GIZ) where I engaged with stakeholders in cashew for 6 years. This is where i learned to improve my communication skills for target groups against a given outcome. Beyond GIZ, I rose from personal assistant to Head of Administration at a British Curriculum School : FOTS International School with a population of over 400 Studies. Here i managed Teaching and Non-teaching staff, parents, service providers to name a few.
